Duties & Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for converting company provided leads to funded mortgage loans.
• Telephone and online origination of mortgage loans through internet, direct mail campaigns, referrals and/or other marketing campaign
• Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in an effective and timely manner.
• Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate mortgage products.
• Assist Allied’s processing team in obtaining necessary information to close loans in a compliant and timely manner.
• Meet individual monthly sales goals.
• Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry.
• Work on site -Hybrid

Job Requirements

• Recent origination experience in the residential mortgage industry required –Multi State NMLS Licensing
• Strong telephone sales and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner.
• Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills.
• Will need to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass a background check for state licensing.
• Bi-Lingual a plus

Schedule:

Total Compensation:

• Up to $100,000 per year (salary plus commission)
